Helicopter Flight Lesson Experience

Service Description

Learn to fly! 60 minute introductory flight lesson for 1 person. No prior experience necessary. Individual weight must be under 275 lbs. Plan for 2 total hours at the airport. The lesson begins with a safety briefing and overview of the flight controls and instruments. The instructor will then demonstrate the startup procedure and takeoff. You will be transferred the flight controls and learn basic flight maneuvers. The lesson will end with hovering practice, the most challenging part of helicopter flight! Includes a signed endorsement from a FAA Certified Flight Instructor. For those considering pursuing a pilot certificate, bring a logbook and a US passport or birth certificate so the instructor may sign off the lesson.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. No-shows will not be refunded. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to avoid missing the flight. If we cancel due to aircraft maintenance or adverse weather, we will issue a full refund.
