Cancelation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. No-shows will not be refunded. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to avoid missing the flight. If we cancel due to aircraft maintenance or adverse weather, we will issue a full refund.
